Jeremy Denk
Jeremy Denk is an American classical pianist. He has performed with numerous orchestras and presented world premieres by Jake Heggie, Libby Larsen, Kevin Puts, and Ned Rorem. He frequently performs with violinists Joshua Bell and Soovin Kim. He has recorded several chamber works as well as a solo performance of Bach's Partitas 3, 4, and 6.[1] He won the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in 1997.
Denk is a graduate of Oberlin College and Conservatory, and received a master's degree in music from Indiana University and a doctorate in piano performance from the Juilliard School. He is now a member of the faculty of the Bard College Conservatory of Music.[2]
